EARL is the model which is used to store, process and transfer the data related to the valuation of the resources available. The main idea is to provide details about the formats that can be easily used in preparing different reports. The default language or the method used for EARL is RDF. EARL is a language used practically and technically in some ways or other. We can use this as a method to store the data.

EARL is an effective language which does not bound to assess the different web pages. At the initial stage it allows the person or the organization to assess anything which differs from the area of selection or having different criteria all together. At the later stage, it allows everyone to be particular for their evaluations.

To prepare the general model of EARL the requirements for design includes: it should be easily understandable and should be very much firm so that any small or minute change should not affect the core meaning of the data. After the evaluation; many things give a clear picture of how much effective does EARL have. As wide array of evaluation systems are there; the situation is very much real and it shows easily they have purpose and use to move ahead. The model or EARL revolves around two major issues; i.e. the structure and the language that is been used in the structure.

EARL works as similar as the RDF or Resource Description Framework. RDF is a document which has all the information in triples. EARL has total four jargons namely: context, validity, test subject and test case. To use one triple as the subject for the other one, the process is to add the term and then work with a different manner which can detail that whether the subject of other is there in triples or not. Avoiding duplications is the most challenging program of EARL.

It is very easy to allow anyone to assess anything in spite of any other thing. Special properties are set for everyone to enable this to happen. The EARL model is flexible enough to allow adding new terminologies and making the changes to set certain important demands. There are two major groups of implementing EARL: as Web Project or by getting data which details about the grammatical terms which are used in data. There is a problem in accessing the second group as it can easily lay back the values used. The first group is important and very much useful to use.
